Our Strategic Offshoring Realization phase comprises of Sourcing and Implementation services to assist our client in selecting the appropriate vendor or partner or operationalize an Offshore Delivery Center.

• Assist in requirements analysis, RFP preparation and proposal evaluation
• Prepare vendor scorecards, performance evaluation metrics on selected vendors.
• Assist in final selection and due diligence of offshore vendors, partners or resource providers.
• Facilitate contract negotiations with prospective vendors or partners for outsourcing, Joint Venture or Alliance purposes
• Identify and facilitate Acquisition, Joint Venture or Investment candidates and assist in consummating the transaction.
• Assist in drafting and structuring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Assist with process migration and transitioning of IT and business processes to service provider’s premises or to a remote facility
• Provide project management services to plan, select the site and build Offshore Delivery Centers (ODCs) for IT or BPO. Assist in identifying and procuring infrastructure, financing, operational, key management and technology resources
• Provide ongoing relationship and contract management, SLA monitoring and quality management services
